Welcome to Silk Sciences. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website, silksciences.com (the “Site”), and to any order you place with us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Silk Sciences, and “you” means the person visiting the Site or placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours and packaging may look slightly different on your screen or from the images shown. Our products are cosmetic and skincare products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3. Individual Results and Safe Use

Results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, usage and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific result. Please read the product label and directions before use, and do a patch test first. Stop using the product and consult a doctor if you experience irritation or an allergic reaction. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a skin condition or are under medical treatment, speak to a doctor before using any product. Keep products out of reach of children and for external use only, unless the label says otherwise.

4. Prices and Currency

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, discounts and offers (such as bundle deals and “Buy 1 Get 1 Free”) may change at any time without notice and are available for a limited time only. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and contact you.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Site or order form, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only after we confirm it, usually by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • The information you gave is incomplete or incorrect
  • We suspect fraud or a fake order
  • We cannot reach you to confirm the order
  • There is a pricing or description error

6. Payment (Cash on Delivery)

Most orders are paid by Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the total amount (product price plus delivery charges) in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. If you refuse to accept or pay for a correctly delivered order without a valid reason, we may refuse your future COD orders.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within Pakistan through third-party courier companies. Delivery charges are shown when you order (currently Rs. 199 unless stated otherwise). The estimated delivery time shown on the Site is only an estimate. Delivery can be delayed by courier issues, weather, holidays, remote locations or other things outside our control, and we are not responsible for such delays. Please provide a complete and correct address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details. 8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please read it before placing an order. To ask for a return or report a problem, please contact us as soon as possible using the details in section 15.

9. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is honest, based on your own experience, and does not break any law or anyone else’s rights. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to display and use it on our Site and social media. We may remove any review or content that is false, abusive, misleading or inappropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Silk Sciences name, logo, product names, images, text, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Place false, fake or fraudulent orders
  • Try to damage, hack or interfere with the Site or its security
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to collect data from the Site
  • Give false information or pretend to be someone else

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, social media pages, review apps and delivery partners). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Silk Sciences will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
